They are grouped here under the five bound volumes, so what you read on-site matches the books exactly. Read any of them free, in order or by the door that fits where you stand.

The diagrams of the Framework
The whole Framework is pictured in a set of diagrams scattered through the documents. Here they all are in one place — click any one to jump straight to it in context, or switch to black & white and download it for printing.
The Survey Series
At the heart of the Framework is the Spiritual Gifts Assessment, with three benchmark surveys around it — four in all. Take them online: the gifts assessment and the Governance benchmark are free with an account; the couples benchmarks come with a Family membership. For a whole church, the eldership sees the pooled gifts picture by consent (Elder), and the benchmarks run anonymously and aggregate-only (Engaged Church) — never a public score.
The heart of the whole Framework: a prayerful, scored picture of the gifts the Spirit has given you — discerned, reflected on, confirmed in community, and carried into your calling across the five movements.
Shows how well you — or a whole church — understand New Testament church governance against the Framework, and surfaces where there’s more to teach and explore.
For husband and wife: each answers privately, then you see a side-by-side comparison — where your understanding lines up, where it differs, and how well you each know the other’s gifts and calling. It builds stronger marriages.
For couples preparing for marriage: your readiness, a shared vision for a future household, and how well you each know the other’s gifts and calling — side by side.
The five volumes
For a copy on the shelf or to give away, the series is compiled into five volumes — the natural groupings that work best together in print. Each one is a free, print-ready PDF: sign in with a free account and download it. The Framework is free; the Platform is what is paid.
A word of honesty about the printing: these are long documents, and running five volumes off on a home printer usually costs more than a bound copy does — and looks it. The option is yours either way. If you would rather someone else print and bind it, the paperbacks are at Books.
The invitation and the Framework — God’s vision, the Church’s purpose, and every believer’s commission and mission — bound together with the Christian household: marriage, parenting and courtship, the family as the foundation of the body of Christ, with the household templates in print.
The theology of the eighteen gifts and the fruit of the Spirit, and the full field guide — one profile per gift, from Apostleship to Miracles. The book to read and keep; the workbook you write in is Part 2.
The workbook you write in — the self-assessment guide, the full assessment with room to score, the reflections and journals, community confirmation, next steps and commissioning, and the ten-week Discovery Course, participant’s edition. One per person.
The Annual Plan, elder and deacon identification and the five-fold ministry — the working half of the leadership manual, with every template in print and the Facilitator’s Guide for the ten-week Discovery Course at the back.
Church decision allocation, the redefined pastor’s role and the New Testament evidence for Christ-led Flat Governance — bound together with the whole of Volume V: approved and disapproved workers, resolving conflict gently and without exposure, and the Restoration Conversation. The example constitution and white-label Our Church are the appendices.
The same pages as Volume III Part 2, laid out for A4 so you can print and staple it at home — the assessment, the reflections and the exercises, with room to write and score by hand. Free.
Every Framework document is live to read free on-site, and all the print-ready volume PDFs are free to download with a free account — the teaching is never charged for. The printable field guide, the offline workbooks, the survey packs and the leadership templates come with the Elder or Church subscription; bound copies are at Books. The 18 gift profiles are free under The Gifts.
