What you’ll walk away with
What you’ll actually walk away with — by where you stand. Outputs you’ll hold. Capabilities you’ll gain. Outcomes God works through them.
From business-as-usual to the early Church’s rhythm
In most churches the pattern is the same: a few people carry almost everything, most sit and receive, gifts stay buried, leaders run on empty, and the year unfolds by reaction rather than by plan. It works — until it fractures, loses direction, or quietly fades.
Sonrise Revival exists to recover the New Testament pattern: every member gifted and placed, leaders who shepherd and equip rather than do it all, and a body that discerns, plans, funds and delivers its ministry together — so that Jesus builds His Church as the Head, and no one takes His place.
A note on inputs vs. outcomes. The courses, assessments, surveys, templates and tools are the means — the inputs. This is about the end: the new capability you gain, the outputs you finish holding, and the outcomes God works through them in people and community.
The outputs are the concrete things you finish holding — a gift map, a gap register, a costed plan, a funded budget. You can see every one of them, built by the Platform for a demonstration church.
See the outputs →The five movements, walked
For an individual, the journey itself runs in five movements. You discern your gifts with the free assessment; you reflect on the results and settle your top three; two or three people who know you confirm what you have found; you explore where gifts like yours serve; and you commit — commissioned into a work, when the path is clear and agreed. At the end you hold a discerned, confirmed set of gifts, a record of your calling, and a real place to serve.
Answer honestly; the Summary reveals and explains your results.
Weigh your top five; confirm your top three.
Two or three trusted believers test what you have discerned.
