What each stage actually produces
Document 5 asks an eldership to produce a set of outputs at every stage. Here is what those outputs look like when the platform builds them, worked through Grace Community Church — a fictional congregation seeded into the platform that anyone with a free account can walk through in full.
The framework is free; these tools are the shortcut
Every output below can be produced by hand. The templates in Part Six of Document 5 are free, complete, and enough to run the whole annual cycle on paper. Nothing here is hidden behind a subscription.
What the platform does is remove the collation. The gift map builds itself as Saints complete the assessment; the gap register falls out of the ministries the eldership has already described; the allocation runs down the ladder the body has already approved.
The links beside each screenshot open the real thing. The badge on each card says which tier it belongs to in a church that is using it for real.
Better than screenshots: walk the whole platform yourself
Grace Community Church is a complete demonstration church seeded into the platform — a full year of a fictional congregation, with its gifts, its ministries, its plan, its vote and its funded budget. You can browse every screen on this page, and every other feature the platform has, running the real code against that data.
A free account is all it takes. The demo opens every subscription level — Family, Elder and Engaged Church alike — so you can step into a lead pastor’s seat, an elder’s, or an ordinary Saint’s and see what each of them sees. It is read-only: nothing you click there changes anything.
Once you have an account, it is under Account → Settings → the demo church.
Alignment and Discernment
Every Saint works through the assessment and arrives at a discerned set of gifts. The eldership ends the stage holding the body’s collated result.
