Preach the Series
One ten-week journey through the framework — “Before the Fire” — preached Sunday by Sunday while the whole congregation walks the assessment, ending in a commissioning Sunday.
The ten-week journey
It is a single ten-week series, not four separate ones. Weeks 1–5 are the gift-discovery core; weeks 6–10 broaden into the whole framework, governance included. Each week is one Sunday, in step with the congregation’s assessment journey.
Vision, the royal priesthood, discerning your gifts, gift and calling, and confirmation — a first pass through the assessment and a sense of calling. Stage 1 of the Annual Plan.
Christ the Head and servant governance, the household, mission, how the body plans and decides, and the closing week of prayer and commitment. Every saint needs these — governance especially.

One journey, two modes
The same ten-week journey serves the whole life of the church in two settings — the content is identical; only the room changes.
“Before the Fire” — the whole-church run
Preached once a year to the gathered church, so the whole body crosses the threshold together while walking the assessment week by week.
The Discovery Course — the standing on-ramp
The same ten weeks run as a standing evening course that onboards new people into the framework, cohort after cohort.
Culture-setting → steady state. In the first year or two, preach it to the whole church to set the culture together. Once the body is across it, the Sunday calendar is freed for a short annual refresh while the Discovery Course runs continuously as the on-ramp for newcomers — each cohort finishing before the annual closing week of prayer and commitment, so they can take part in their first cycle.
