The seven templates that support the annual cycle and the delivery work that follows are provided in full as the Appendix to this document. They are designed to be copied, adapted, and used directly by the eldership. The structure of each is the important thing; the format can be moved into a spreadsheet, a shared document, or whatever practical tool the body uses.
The templates themselves are free. Every one is printed in full in the complete book that carries this document — you can read or download the whole volume at Volume IV — The Body in Practice — free to read online with a free account — or order it in print from the books page. Copy them from there and use them however suits your body.

Template A — Aggregated Gifts Summary. Used in Stage 2 — Eldership Data Review. Built from the completed Document 4 (the Spiritual Gifts Assessment) workbooks across the body. Captures by gift and by member. Read the template →

Template E — Annual Prospectus Structure. Used in Stage 5 — The Prospectus and Funding. The full structural outline for the body-facing Prospectus, including the priority ladder that orders every work before the ask is made. Read the template →
Template F — The Ask and Priority Schedule. Used in Stage 5. One sheet for the whole body, not one per program: the single ask to the body, with every work listed in funding order alongside its minimum, ideal and stretch, and the allocation method the eldership will use. Read the template →
Template G — Ministry Works Agreement. Developed during the latter planning stages (Stages 4 and 5) and signed at the start of delivery. One agreement per Saint per program, articulating scope, time, resources, working relationships, the spirit of excellence, and the voluntary nature of the Saint’s involvement. When you use a template for the first time, run it past one or two trusted members of the body who are not on the eldership. Their feedback — on what is unclear, what is missing, what is unnecessarily heavy — will improve every subsequent year’s use.
