When two people fall out

The last volume of the Series is about what happens when a church, or a marriage, or a friendship goes wrong: how to tell an honest disagreement from a serious one, and how to put it right without destroying the person.

The teaching is free to read, and so is the written guide that comes out of it. The guided online version, where the platform walks the two of you through it together, comes with a subscription.

• ✓You each answer a set of honest questions on your own first, then work through nine short rounds together, ending with each of you saying whether it is settled

• ✓If someone invites you to a guided conversation, you can take part on your free account. You never need a subscription to be reconciled to someone
• ✓It is never a procedure for abuse, violence or any crime. Protect the person at risk first, and report it (Romans 13:1–4)

Proxy Support — for a saint who can't use a computer

Free, and for every saint.

No one should be left out of the church's life for want of a screen — so your gifts and calling are captured and counted alongside everyone else's. If using a computer is hard, you can nominate a trusted family member or friend from your church to complete your journey with you — or you can be that helper for someone else.

You keep your own account and full control; it activates only with your consent and an elder's in-person witness; the helper works through their own login and enters only what you've given them on paper or in person; and everything is signed in a record you and your elder can both read.

Conflict & Restoration and couple / relationship content always stay private to you. It is free at every level — the only requirement is your church's eldership being on the platform to witness it. The full detail is on the Proxy Support page.

• ✓Nominated by you or your elder; activated only with your consent and an elder's in-person witness
• ✓The helper acts through their own login — never shared — and every entry is stamped “completed by your helper”
• ✓Pause or remove your helper any time; an elder can end it too; the witness re-confirms yearly

The teaching itself is never charged for: every document is free to read on-site, and all five print-ready volume PDFs are free to download with a free account.

What the paid tiers buy is the tools. The field guide, the offline workbooks, the survey packs and the leadership templates come with the Elder or Church subscription; the shared household view, the couples tools and the Supportive Family Tools come with Family.

The free templates — including the Restoration Conversation — fill in and download to Word or PDF on the free account; the guided online version of that conversation comes with Family, Elder or Engaged Church, though anyone invited to one can take part free.
